Qui recrute ?

As the leading national provider of postal and telecommunications services also offering postal financial services, POST Group Luxembourg is a key actor of the Luxembourgish economy.

In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a member for its ‘Solution & System Development’ service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems.

Missions

• Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture standards, IT security policies, and industry best practices;
• Collaborate with the different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Provide effort estimates for development and implementation of the solutions;
• Assess the solutions and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure long-term cost-effectiveness;
• Coordinate with other teams in the context of transversal changes and supervise the execution of tasks assigned to stakeholders;
• Conduct handover presentations for other teams to operate the delivered solutions;
• Support the configuration team in maintaining, and managing BSS/OSS applications;
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of procedures and configurations;
• Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams.

Profil

• Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunication;
• In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS architectures and IT systems in relation to telecom business;
• Have an expert knowledge of cross functional BSS/OSS components (billing, ordering etc.;
• Have experience in application development processes;
• Be recognized for your proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors;
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets.

Conditions d’admission

Diplômes

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master en télécommunications IT ou de son équivalent.

Nationalité

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
