Missions

  • Conduct studies and comparative analyses:
    • Study and understand the issues related to the training offers under one’s responsibility;
    • Monitor trends and best practices concerning the training offers under one’s responsibility.
  • Identify and analyse training needs:
    • Contribute to the identification of training needs (identify and collaborate with relevant partners for the identification of training needs);
    • Analyse the identified training needs and propose training and skills development approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a training engineering concept:
    • Establish, where appropriate in collaboration with external experts, a training engineering concept integrating digital literacy and artificial intelligence, while taking pedagogical, ethical, and social issues into account;
    • Keep the training engineering concept up to date and adapt it regularly;
    • Systematically present and promote the training engineering concept and the training offers and ensure their adoption by target audiences.
  • Participate in the design of new training offers:
    • Propose development areas and new training offer ideas;
    • Contribute to the pedagogical and didactic design of training content and formats that meet the expectations and needs of target audiences;
    • Propose adapted training offers (training themes, formats, user journeys);
    • Update training offers and ensure innovation in pedagogical and didactic approaches.
  • Transform training requests into training actions:
    • Define the characteristics of the training actions to be undertaken (target audience, context, objectives, content, competencies to be developed, etc.);
    • Identify competent trainers for the implementation of the training and define with them the modalities for its delivery;
    • Identify and collaborate with partners necessary for the successful implementation of the training offers;
    • Communicate training offers to the target groups.
  • Monitor and contribute to the pedagogical adaptation of training offers:
    • Ensure continuous monitoring of existing training offers and oversee their regular adaptation;
    • Propose pedagogical and didactic guidelines for trainers and ensure their implementation through train-the-trainer programs.
  • Support institutions in the implementation of internal training offers:
    • Listen to institutions and raise their interest in developing training offers that meet specific needs;
    • Assist institutions in the implementation of training offers (tailored projects for each institution with close support, advice, and implementation assistance);
    • Ensure, in collaboration with institutions, the effective execution and smooth running of training offers.
  • Evaluate training offers:
    • Conduct evaluations of training offers together with the target audiences and the concerned institutions;
    • Measure the outcomes, particularly in terms of skill improvements among staff who have participated in training activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants and trainers:
    • Inform, advise, guide, and clarify according to the needs expressed.
  • Contribute to the development of the system and to quality management:
    • Ensure compliance with procedures related to the role;
    • Contribute to the development of procedures related to the role.

  • Know and be able to apply the rules established within the administration regarding data protection;
  • Be familiar with the reception charter and the commitments made by the administration;

  • Know the fundamentals of digital literacy;
  • Have a good understanding of the issues related to artificial intelligence;
  • Be able to integrate these topics into innovative training formats.

Conditions d’admission

Le poste peut être brigué sous le statut du fonctionnaire ou de l’employé de l’État.

Diplômes

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master ou de son équivalent.

Langues

Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1.

Nationalité

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
